Claims Handling

We believe that insurance is a promise. It’s a promise to be there when you need us and that you’ll be taken care of promptly, efficiently and courteously in the event of a loss at your home or business.

Unlike most insurance agencies, we have a fully staffed Claims Department with full-time, licensed insurance brokers who are dedicated solely to helping our clients through the claims process.  What our customers appreciate the most is that when they do have a claim, they can count on our experienced team to help.  Customers can feel confident in turning their claim over to us and letting us do one of the things we do best ... taking care of our customers.

If you have a claim or need assistance, please contact us by phone or email.
