At Coakley, Pierpan, Dolan & Collins, it’s our people that make the difference.  We firmly believe that the success of the agency is a result of our people, who continually strive to be the best at what we do – offering products and services that meet the needs of our customers and backing them with exceptional customer service.  We have a staff of over thirty, who combine professionalism, knowledge, and dependability to create a bond of trust with our customers, resulting in an unusually high rate of customer loyalty.

Tim Dolan, CIC
President

Tim, who has been with Coakley, Pierpan, Dolan & Collins since 1987, is the firm's President and holds the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor. Tim is especially adept and knowledgeable at handling the unique insurance and bonding needs of contractors. His community service has included terms as president and member of the Board of Directors for the Northern Berkshire Chamber of Commerce, marketing chairman for Northern Berkshire Industrial Parks & Development Corporation, United Way Allocation Committee member, Hoosac Bank corporator, and youth sports coach. He is a graduate of Providence College. Tim has three children and resides in Pittsfield.  

Bill Robinson

Vice President, Sales

Bill, a licensed broker, joined CPD&C in September 2002. He previously managed the loan operations area at Hoosac Bank. With 15 years experience in the banking industry, Bill brings with him a professional courteous, and friendly approach, with a concentration on customer service. Bill has coached varsity basketball at Hoosac Valley Regional High School since 1990. He is also actively involved with local youth athletic leagues, the Northern Berkshire United Way, and serves on the board of directors for the Holy Family Terrace in North Adams. A graduate of the former North Adams State College (1986), Bill and his wife, Lynne, reside in Adams with their three daughters.

  

Grace Gray,

Vice President, Office Administration & Customer Service

 

A licensed insurance broker, Grace has been with CPD&C since 1976.  During that time she has held the various positions of Claims Manager, Operations Manager Personal Lines and also Operations Manager of Commercial Lines. In 2007, she attained her current position focusing on office administration and customer service.  Grace has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the insurance industry including training and experience as a claims adjuster.  

Linda A. Febles, CISR CPIW CRIS
Account Executive


Linda is a lifelong resident of Berkshire County, and currently resides in Pittsfield with Tim and their dog Blue.  She has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years.  Linda excels in providing her commercial clients risk management solutions, and is proud to become a trusted advisor to their businesses.  Linda is also very active in the Berkshire County community.  She is an Executive Board member of the Berkshire Chamber of Commerce, President of Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Berkshire County, and is on the executive board for AdLib Center for Independent Living.  When not at work Linda enjoys the company of her two daughters, Kahla and Josie.

Matt Genova, AAI
Account Executive

Matt is a native of Berkshire County, and we are happy to have him as a part of the CPD&C sales team.  Matt brings many years of experience in business to business, as well as real estate and land development sales.  Matt is passionate about learning the businesses of his commercial clients, and delivers products and services tailored to their needs.  Matt enjoys volunteering as an Ambassador for the Berkshire Chamber of Commerce, and when not at work you can find Matt playing golf, picking the guitar, or cooking a tasty meal.

Donna M. Bishop, CIC CRM CISR CPIW
Insurance Operations Manager

A licensed insurance broker, Donna holds several industry designations including Certified Insurance Councilor.  With 25 years of insurance experience, she joined the Commerical Lines Department in 2002 and attained the position of Commercial Lines Manger in 2003.  In September 2008, Donnas was promoted and now serves as CPD&C’s Insurance Operations Manger, responsible for both our Commercial and Personal Lines Departments.

 

Debbie Baker, CISR
Personal Lines Sales Executive

A licensed insurance broker, Debbie also holds the designation of Certified Insurance Representative. She has worked in the insurance industry for 23 years. She joined CPDC in 1995 and worked as a customer service rep/Supervisor in our Adams branch office.  In June 2009 she joined our Sales Team and works at growing our personal lines book of business. She analyzes the needs, concerns and specific situations of new clients and then finds the best price and discounts from a large array of insurance companies.  She is a native of Vermont and lives in Pownal with her husband and 3 sons.


Claims Manager

Jeannie M. Poplaski, CISR

 

A licensed insurance broker, Jeannie also holds the designation of Certified Insurance Representative.  She has worked in the insurance industry for the past 30 years.  Jeannie worked in the claims department of the Aetna Life & Casualty for ten years and has been with CPDC for the past fifteen years, twelve of which have been in the claims department.  Jeannie is very knowledgeable in both personal and commercial claims.
